I am Tonya James.  I am from Norway, South Carolina.  I am celebrating my 16th year as an employee of Blackville-Hilda Public Schools.  I have worked with all grade levels.  I am currently a resource teacher at Macedonia Elementary.  My goal is to meet my students where they are and help them to move forward with confidence.
